REGULATIONS FOR THE SALE AND PERSONALIZATION OF GOODS

(hereinafter referred to as the "Personalization Regulations")

§ 1.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Personalization Regulations define the rules of sale and personalization of selected goods available in the online store available at: https://theodderside.com/ operated by THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Widok 10 lok. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

2. The rules for purchasing goods in the Organizer's online store, including the Customer's rights and obligations, are set out in the Store Regulations available at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin (hereinafter referred to as the "Store Regulations"). These rules apply to the purchase of Goods for personalization, subject to the provisions below. Capitalized terms used in the Personalization Regulations have the meanings assigned to them in the Store Regulations, unless the Personalization Regulations expressly provide otherwise.

3. The offer for the sale and personalization of Goods to be personalized is valid from 1 December 2025 while stocks last.

§ 2.

SALES AND PERSONALIZATION RULES

1. The Customer has the option of personalizing and purchasing selected goods sold by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Personalization Service").

2. The Goods covered by the Personalization Service are the goods available in the Organizer’s Online Store located at the address indicated in §1 section 1 of the Personalization Regulations, in the “Winter Accessories” collection or clearly marked as goods subject to personalization (hereinafter referred to as “Goods to be personalized”).

3. To use the Personalization Service, the Customer must select the field called "Personalize" in the Product card to be personalized, then select the thread color and letter style from the currently available options and enter the embroidery content in the form located in this card.

4. Embroidered content can include a maximum of 6 characters (including spaces and special characters).

5. The location for the embroidery is determined by the Organizer and presented to the Client in the form of a visualization after selecting the elements referred to in paragraph 3 above. The embroidery preview is indicative only.

6. If the Customer does not specify the embroidery content, the personalisation service will not be provided and the Customer will be informed immediately.

§ 3.

PRICE, DELIVERY TIME

1. The personalisation service is subject to a fee of PLN 39.00 gross (hereinafter referred to as the "Personalisation Fee").

2. After the Customer has specified the personalisation elements specified in § 2 section 3 above and added the Goods to be personalised to the Cart, the personalisation fee is automatically added to the price of the Goods to be personalised.

3. The personalization service takes a maximum of 7 business days from the moment payment for personalization and the purchase of the Goods to be personalized, along with the Personalization Fee, is posted. In the case of personalization and the purchase of multiple Goods to be personalized, the processing time may be extended proportionally. The Customer will be notified of this in the order confirmation or by email.

4. For Customers participating in the Organizer's Loyalty Program who have reached level IV – BESTIES, the express shipping option will not be available in the case of personalization and the purchase of Goods to be personalized.

5. If the Customer's order includes the Personalization Service as well as the purchase of other Goods from the Organizer's offer, the entire order will be shipped once, after the completion of the personalization, taking into account the expected delivery time.

§ 4.

LIABILITY, COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

1. The Organizer is not responsible for any errors (in particular: typos, incorrect characters, or formatting) made by the Customer when entering the embroidery content. The service will be performed in accordance with the data entered by the Customer in the form located on the Product to be personalized card.

2. The customer is solely responsible for the content of the embroidery, in particular for any violation of third party rights or legal provisions (e.g. offensive or vulgar content, content containing trademarks or personal data of third parties).

3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the Personalization Service if the embroidery content is illegal, violates good manners, or may violate the rights of third parties. In such a case, the Organizer will immediately inform the Client of the reasons for the refusal and propose a change of content or a refund.

4. Embroidery colors, thread shades, and letter proportions may differ slightly from the visualization referred to in § 2, section 5 of the Personalization Regulations, due to monitor settings and manufacturing techniques. Such differences do not constitute a defect in the Goods to be personalized.

5. Complaints regarding the quality of the Personalization Service may be submitted in accordance with the rules set out in the Store Regulations.

6. Goods to be personalized are made in accordance with the Customer's individual order and are therefore not subject to return (withdrawal from the contract).

§ 5.

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. In matters not regulated by the Personalization Regulations, the provisions of the Store Regulations and the relevant provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale of Customizable Goods or to end the offer at any time, without giving reasons. These changes do not affect the rights of Customers who placed an order before the changes were introduced.
