Returns and Complaints

We know that returns and complaints about goods are sometimes difficult and complicated, so we have done our best to make the whole process easier for you.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package with your order to submit a statement of cancellation of any goods purchased in the online store.

In turn, you have 14 days from the date you send us your cancellation statement to send back to us.

 METHOD OF RETURN

1. To return or claim a product follow the steps indicated.

2. Log in to your customer account and locate the order you wish to advertise/return. 

3. Select the products to return. In the case of a complaint, fill in the field with additional information about the advertised product. 

4. Download, fill out and insert the return form into your shipment - this item is not mandatory, but it will make our work much easier and speed up the processing.

5. Approve the return.

6. Send your return shipment to the following address

7. Remember to write down the parcel number so you can monitor its fate.

Merchandise purchased from the online store cannot be returned to a stationary store or delivered in person to a return point.  

If you decide to send the return by Polish Post - we recommend saving the parcel number - this will be the basis for filing a claim in case of its loss.

8. Return payment will be refunded up to 14 days after delivery of the package to our warehouse. 

9. Complaints are considered up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to our warehouse, correspondence with the decision will be sent by e-mail. 

10. If the complaint is considered in favor of the customer - the store will first of all repair the advertised product, and if this is not possible - will make an exchange for a full-quality product. If the replacement will not be possible - the store will refund the amount due within 14 days from the date of receipt of the defective product from the customer.

11. Please mark the parcel as RETURN / COMPLAINTS in a visible place.  

 Note : the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
