TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE "COVER FOR 1 PLN" PROMOTION

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organiser of the “Cover for 1 PLN” promotion is THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Widok 10 lok. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The promotion runs from 30/09/2025 until further notice or while stocks last.
3. The content of the Promotion regulations is available on the Organizer's online store website at www.theodderside.com and at the Organizer's registered office.
4. All capitalized terms have the same meaning as given to them in the regulations of the Online Store available at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin, unless the Promotion regulations provide otherwise.

§ 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. The promotion covers the following products available in the Online Store:
• TEO jacket,
• WAY jacket,
• CLAIRE coat.
- hereinafter collectively referred to as "Products".
2. When placing an Order in the Online Store for one of the Products, the Customer has the option to take advantage of the promotion and add a clothing cover (“Cover”) to his Order for PLN 1.00 (one zloty, 00/100).
3. When purchasing a TEO jacket or a WAY blazer, the customer can order a small cover with a hanger at a promotional price, when ordering a CLAIRE coat, the customer can order a large cover with a hanger at a promotional price.
4. The Customer may participate in the Promotion any number of times, provided that the conditions specified in paragraph 2 above are met each time.
5. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion regulations and the regulations of the Online Store.
6. The regular price of the Covers (small and large) is given in the Online Store.
7. The Customer cannot receive any cash or material equivalent in exchange for the Cover.
8. In the event of a Product return from the Order (i.e., exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is obligated to return the Cover and hanger. The Customer then has the option to purchase the Cover at the regular price.

§ 3. COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the following email address: hello@theodderside.com or to the addresses specified in the regulations of the online store www.theodderside.com. The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
2. Complaints regarding the Promotion will be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion regulations do not in any way limit the rights to submit complaints or pursue claims available to Customers under generally applicable law.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time during its duration, without giving reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion rules. Any changes to the Promotion rules will be effective from the date of their announcement.

§ 4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion are processed for the purpose of considering their complaint.
2. The controller of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e. The Odder Side Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, including information about Customers' rights, can be found in the privacy policy posted on the Organizer's website at https://theodderside.com/pages/polityka-prywatnosci-z-dnia-16-05-2023.

§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. In matters not regulated in the Promotion regulations, the provisions of the Online Store regulations and applicable legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
2. Advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion are for informational purposes only. Only the provisions of the Promotion regulations and the Online Store regulations have binding legal force.
3. The Regulations are effective from September 30, 2025.
4. In justified cases, the Organizer may amend the Promotion's terms and conditions, and will immediately inform Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Promotion's terms and conditions in the Online Store. Changing the Promotion's terms and conditions does not affect agreements concluded under the Promotion prior to the publication of the change.
