TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION "INGLOT BLUSHES FOR PURCHASES FOR A MINIMUM OF EUR 200"
(hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations")
§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The organiser of the “Inglot blushes for purchases of at least PLN 800” promotion (“Promotion”) is THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at the address: ul. Widok 10 lok. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS: 0000983656, NIP: 7010439296, REGON: 147420946, with the share capital of: PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with the principles set out in these Regulations.
3. The promotion is valid only on 08/03/2026 from 00:00 to 23:59:59 CET or while supplies last.
4. The promotion is valid in the online store https://theodderside.com/ (hereinafter: "Online Store").
5. The promotion applies only to the first 100 (one hundred) orders placed in the Online Store that meet the conditions specified in the Regulations.
6. The order in which the order is placed and paid for on the day of the Promotion determines the eligibility for the Promotion.
7. The content of the Promotion Regulations is available on the website of the Organizer's online store at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin-promocji-roz-inglot-do-zakupow-za-minimum-800zl and at the Organizer's registered office.
8. All capitalized terms have the same meaning as given to them in the regulations of the Online Store available at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin , unless the Promotion Regulations provide otherwise.
§ 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION
1. The promotion is intended for the first hundred people who made purchases in the Online Store on March 8, 2026 for a specified minimum gross amount.
2. In order to participate in the Promotion and receive a free Inglot cream blush stick (hereinafter: "Free Product"), you must make a one-time purchase in the Online Store for a minimum of EUR 200.00 gross (in words: two hundred euros 00/100).
3. The minimum Order amount specified in paragraph 2 above does not include delivery costs.
4. The promotion is cumulative with other current promotions, discount campaigns and discount codes valid in the Online Store.
5. The promotion is not valid when purchasing a gift card.
6. The promotion is valid when paying with a gift card.
7. After meeting the conditions of the Promotion specified in the Regulations, the Free Product will be automatically added to the order and sent in one shipment together with the products ordered in the Online Store.
8. Customers may participate in the Promotion any number of times, provided they meet the conditions specified in the Terms and Conditions. NOTE: Only one Free Product is eligible per order, even if the total receipt amount is a multiple of EUR 200.00 gross.
9. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion Regulations and the regulations of the Online Store.
10. The Customer cannot receive a cash or material equivalent in exchange for the Free Product or exchange it.
11. In the event of returning products from the Order (i.e. exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is not obliged to return the Free Product.
§ 3. COMPLAINTS
1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the following email address: hello@theodderside.com or in writing to the address provided in the Online Store's regulations (section X of the Online Store's regulations). The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
2. Complaints regarding the Promotion will be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion Regulations do not in any way limit the rights to submit complaints or pursue claims available to Customers under generally applicable law.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without giving reasons.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion Rules. Any changes to the Promotion Rules will be effective from the date and time of their announcement.
§ 4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion are processed for the purpose of considering their complaint.
2. The controller of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e. The Odder Side Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, including information about Customers' rights, can be found in the privacy policy posted on the Organizer's website at https://theodderside.com/pages/polityka-prywatnosci-1 .
§ 5. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. In matters not regulated in the Promotion Regulations, the provisions of the Online Store regulations and applicable legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
2. Advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion are for informational purposes only. Only the provisions of the Promotion Terms and Conditions and the Online Store Terms and Conditions have binding legal force.
3. The regulations are effective from March 8, 2026.
4. In justified cases, the Organizer may amend the Promotion Terms and Conditions, and will immediately inform Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Promotion Terms and Conditions in the Online Store. Any amendment to the Promotion Terms and Conditions does not affect any contracts concluded under the Promotion prior to the publication of the amendment.
