

We know that returns and complaints can be difficult and complicated, so we've done our best to make the process as easy as possible. To make your return as quick as possible, we encourage you to use the method below.
Products purchased online cannot be returned in our physical stores.

Log in to your customer account and find the order you wish to file a complaint/return.
Select the products you wish to return. In the event of a complaint, please complete the field with additional information regarding the product in question.

Please include a note with your order number with your return shipment.
Remember to save your shipment number so you can track its progress. If you choose to return your package via Poczta Polska, we recommend saving the shipment number. This will be the basis for filing a claim in the event of loss.
The refund will be made immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision regarding the refund.
In case of a complaint:
1. A response to the complaint will be provided within 14 days from the date of submission of the complaint.
2. If the complaint is accepted, the goods will be repaired or replaced with new, full-value goods. If this is not possible, we will refund the price of the goods or offer you a choice of other goods available in the Store.
3. Please mark the parcel as COMPLAINT in a visible place.
In case of returns:
In the event of an order cancellation or return (even partial), the Customer must also return any free items if they are no longer entitled to them following the change in order value. A return without free items will be considered incomplete.
