 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organizer of the "Bandana Sour for PLN 1" promotion ("Promotion") is THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at the following address: ul. View of 10 units 3A, 00-023 Warszawa, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00. ("Organizer").
  2. The Promotion lasts from: October 30 (10:00) to November 1 (23:59) 2026 or until stocks last.
  3. The content of the Promotion regulations is available on the Organizer's online store website at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin-bandana-sour-za-1zl ("Online Store") and at the registered office Organizer.
  4. All capitalized terms have the same meaning as those given to them by the regulations of the Online Store available at the link https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin, unless the regulations of the Promotion provide otherwise.

 2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The promotion covers all products available in the Online Store.
  2. When placing an Order in the Online Store, if the order value is equal to or higher than PLN 800.00 (eight hundred zlotys, 00/100), the Customer has the opportunity to take advantage of the promotion and add a Sour Bandana to his Order for PLN 1.00 (one zloty, 00/100).
  3. The Customer has the right to purchase one Bandana Sour under the Promotion, regardless of the number of orders placed during the Promotion.
  4. If several orders are placed, the Customer may purchase a Bandana Sour only once, regardless of the total of orders equal to or exceeding PLN 800.00.
  5. Participation in the Promotion means acceptance of the regulations of the Promotion and the regulations of the Online Store.
  6. The regular price of Bandana Sour is given in the Online Store.
  7. The Customer cannot receive a cash or material equivalent in exchange for Bandana Sour.
  8. In the event of returning part of the Order and reducing its value below PLN 800.00 or refunding the entire Order (i.e. exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is obliged to return Bandana Sour.

 3. COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion may be submitted to the e-mail address: hello@theodderside.com or to the addresses indicated in the regulations of the Online Store (point X of the regulations of the Online Store). The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
  2. Complaints regarding the Promotion will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion regulations do not in any way limit the rights of Customers to submit complaints or pursue claims under generally applicable law.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to end the Promotion at any time during its duration, without giving reasons.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations of the Promotion. Any changes to the regulations of the Promotion will be effective from the date of their announcement.

 4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion are processed in order to consider their complaint.
  2. The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e. The Odder Side Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Detailed information on the processing of personal data, including information on the Customer's rights, is included in the privacy policy posted on the Organizer's website at https://theodderside.com/pages/polityka-prywatnosci-z-dnia-16-05-2023.

 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. In matters not regulated in the regulations of the Promotion, the provisions of the regulations of the Online Store and applicable legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
  2. Advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion are for information purposes only. Only the provisions of the Promotion regulations and the Online Store regulations have binding legal force.
  3. The Regulations are valid from October 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
  4. In justified cases, the Organizer may change the Promotion regulations, about which it will immediately inform the Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Promotion regulations in the Online Store. A change to the regulations of the Promotion does not affect contracts concluded as part of the Promotion before the publication of information about the change.
