RULES OF THE PROMOTION "Staney for Bestie for 1 PLN"

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The organiser of the “Staney for Bestie for 1 PLN” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion”) is THE ODDER SIDE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office in Warsaw, at the address: ul. Widok 10 lok. 3A, 00-023 Warsaw, registered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, KRS 0000983656, NIP 7010439296, REGON 147420946, with the share capital of PLN 5,000.00 (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser).
  2. Promotion runs from November 27, 2025 to November 30, 2025 or while supplies last.
  3. The content of the Promotion regulations is available on the website of the Organizer's online store at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin-promocji-staney-dla-bestie-za-1zl ( "Online Store") and at the Organizer's registered office.
  4. All capitalized terms have the same meaning as given to them in the regulations of the Online Store available at https://theodderside.com/pages/regulamin, unless the regulations of the Promotion provide otherwise.

2. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

  1. The promotion covers all products available in the Online Store.
  2. When placing an Order in the Online Store, if the order value is equal to or higher than PLN 1,000.00 (one thousand zlotys, 00/100), the Customer – "Bestie" has the option to take advantage of the promotion and add a Stanley mug ("STANLEY THERMAL MUG QUENCHER 1.18L HYDRANGEA") to his Order for PLN 1.00 (one zloty, 00/100).
  3. The Customer is entitled to purchase one STANLEY THERMAL MUG QUENCHER 1.18L HYDRANGEA as part of the Promotion, regardless of the number of orders placed during the Promotion.
  4. In the case of placing several orders, the Customer may purchase STANLEY THERMAL MUG QUENCHER 1.18L HYDRANGEA only once, regardless of the total amount of orders equal to or exceeding PLN 1,000.00.
  5. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the Promotion regulations and the regulations of the Online Store.
  6. The price of the STANLEY THERMAL MUG QUENCHER 1.18L HYDRANGEA is given in the Online Store.
  7. The customer cannot receive a cash or kind equivalent in exchange for the STANLEY QUENCHER THERMAL MUG 1.18L HYDRANGEA.
  8. In the event of a return of part of the Order and a reduction in its value below PLN 1,000.00 or a return of the entire Order (i.e. exercising the right to withdraw from the contract), the Customer is obliged to return the STANLEY THERMAL MUG QUENCHER 1.18L HYDRANGEA.

3. COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints regarding the Promotion can be submitted to the following email address: hello@theodderside.com or to the addresses indicated in the Online Store's regulations (section X of the Online Store's regulations). The complaint should briefly describe the circumstances justifying its submission.
  2. Complaints regarding the Promotion will be reviewed within 14 days of their receipt by the Organizer. The provisions of the Promotion regulations do not in any way limit the rights to submit complaints or pursue claims available to Customers under generally applicable law.
  3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion at any time without giving reasons.
  4. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Promotion rules. Any changes to the Promotion rules will be effective from the date of their announcement.

4. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  1. Customers' personal data are processed for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. The personal data of Customers who have submitted a complaint regarding the Promotion are processed for the purpose of considering their complaint.
  2. The controller of Customers' personal data is the Organizer, i.e. The Odder Side Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Warsaw. Personal data is processed in accordance with the law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 5. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. In matters not regulated in the Promotion regulations, the provisions of the Online Store regulations and applicable legal provisions, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
  2. Advertising and promotional materials regarding the Promotion are for informational purposes only. Only the provisions of the Promotion's terms and conditions and the Online Store's terms and conditions have binding legal force.
  3. The regulations are effective from November 27, 2025.
  4. In justified cases, the Organizer may amend the Promotion's terms and conditions, and will immediately notify Users by publishing the consolidated text of the Promotion's terms and conditions in the Online Store. Changing the Promotion's terms and conditions does not affect agreements concluded as part of the Promotion prior to the publication of the change.
