1. How can I join the program?
It’s easy! Just create an account in our online store and agree to participate in the loyalty program.

2. Why is it worth becoming a member?
Membership in the program comes with a range of exclusive benefits:

3. Is there a fee to join the program?
No, participation in the program is completely free of charge.

4. I already have an account – do I need to create a new one?
No, you don’t. Simply accept the terms of participation in your account settings to automatically join the program.

5. Where can I check my status and points balance?
You can find all the information in your customer panel after logging into your account.

6. Will I receive points for purchases made before joining the program?
Unfortunately, no. The loyalty program only includes purchases made after it’s been activated, and every customer starts with a zero balance.

7. I have two accounts – can I transfer points from one to the other?
No, the system does not allow point transfers between accounts.

 

EARNING AND USING POINTS

8. How do I redeem my points?
It’s simple! Visit the rewards page, choose the reward you want, and click “Redeem” to claim it.

9. How can I earn points?
You earn points not only for purchases. Other ways include:

  • adding your birth date to your account,

  • following us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok,

  • referring our store to your friends.

10. Can I use my points in a physical store?
At the moment, points can only be redeemed online.

11. Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?
No, you can collect points without any limits – by shopping, engaging with our community, and participating in seasonal promotions.

12. What happens to my points if I return a product?
Points are only awarded for products you keep.

13. How long are the points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are awarded.

 

BIRTHDAYS

14. How can I claim my birthday gift?
Add your birth date in the “ways to earn points” section. On your birthday, you’ll receive a special discount code via email, valid for 30 days.

The discount code is personalized and cannot be resold. We reserve the right to close accounts in cases of misuse.

15. It’s my birthday, but I didn’t receive a gift.
If it’s been more than 30 days since you added your birth date and you still don’t see your birthday points, please contact us – we’ll be happy to help!
