We know that returns can be difficult and complicated

that's why we've done our best to make this process easier for you.

Of course, you can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

You also have two options to choose how you want to make it.


1. Register the return on your customer account - log in to your account and click the RETURN GOODS module. Follow the instructions on the page.

2. If you are an unregistered customer, complete the RETURN FORM

If you pay cash on delivery, please make sure that the account number to which you want to refund is entered on your return form.


  1. Print the return form (generated by your customer account) or (if option 2 is selected) RETURN FORM

2. Prepare the receipt that was attached to your order
3. Place the receipt and return form with the item you want to return in the box or shipping envelope.

4. You can return the goods via our DHL courier. To do this, go to the DHL website

and fill out the order form for receiving a return shipment. Sending a return costs EUR 12.00. This amount will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

5. Remember to save the tracking number so that you can monitor its fate.

7. Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of the package to our warehouse.


  Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned in a stationary store or delivered personally.
