RETURNS

 

We know that returns can be difficult and complicated

that's why we've done our best to make this process easier for you.

Of course, you can return any product purchased in our online store and you have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.

You also have two options to choose how you want to make it.

 

IF YOU ARE A REGISTERED CUSTOMER:

register return on your customer account - log in to your account and click the RETURN GOODS module.

and follow the instructions on the page

 

IF YOU ARE AN UNREGISTERED CUSTOMER:

1.print and complete the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM or COMPLAINT FORM

If you are paying by cash on delivery, make sure that the account number to which you want to refund is entered on your return form.

2. Prepare the receipt that was attached to your order

3. Place the receipt and return form with the item you want to return in the box or shipping envelope

4. You can return the goods via our DHL courier

to do this, visit the DHL RETURN OF GOODS AND ORDER OF COURIER

and complete the return order pickup form.

Sending a refund costs 12 EUR

This amount will be deducted from the amount returned to you.

5. Remember to save the tracking number so that you can monitor its fate.

 Goods purchased in the online store cannot be returned in the stationary store or delivered personally to the point of return.

6. You can also send the parcel yourself by courier or using the post, send it to the address

7. Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of the package to our warehouse.
